I enjoyed myself to the Hilt(on), at the Braunch = Brunch Launch 
of the Super Sunday Brunch at the Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links.
What better way is there to spend a lazy Sunday, than in the company of fellow food lovers and a choice of some of the best cuisines from around the world ?
With interactive cooking stations and counters spread across their two restaurants, the Ministry of Food and The Salt Grill, one can seriously have a hard time trying to do justice to their elaborate selections that include European, Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, Continental and Indian specialties.
The bar does its bit by stirring up some interesting concoctions, to ensure that the throat is well hydrated and beers, wines and cocktails are served up along side some desi concoctions like the spicy Masala gin shots and the amazing Watermelon Jello with innocently deceptive, multi hued wedges of gin laden jelly, set on watermelon arcs.
One could start with the Chaat and dip into refreshing pani puris or dahi kachori and more …
or go straight to the Carving station and sample some delectable roasts and quiches …
or debate between the Mediterranean dips and DIY salads …
or puzzle over what sequence to follow with the Indian, the Continental and the Asian …
or juggle between the Pizzas and the multi colored pastas …
or just nibble on some excellent breads and cheeses …
or choose from the ‘grilliant’ BBQed prawns !!!
Or in desperation, just jump into the pool and let the water and the live music wash over you, as you ponder over your life choices …
Because choices have to continue being made, once you are ready for the array of desserts that dare you to leave without trying them !!!
