And apart from time being as valuable as money, they also help to save more money by helping users buy deals and earn and redeem cash back.
I was a guest of Dineout, at Love Shack , the happening RestoPub and popular nightspot. Done up in white with its bamboo ceiling giving it its shack like decor, this terrace bar is a much sought after destination not just on weekends but even on busy weekdays.
We were served curated fare from their recently enhanced menu, which is a mix of Indian, continental and Asian. The vegetarians had the chilli paneer, jalapeno cheese croquettes and the highly palatable steamed Lumpia spring rolls.
The non veg Ham and cheese croquettes were good but could have done with a more even distribution of ham. The mutton seekh tempura and coorgi pork were good though a little low on spice.
The mains had the Shack signature chicken with a large chunk of tandoori chicken served on a creamy green (I assume spinach) sauce.
The Shack Bowl was again a bowl of chicken topped with an egg … I would have named it ShackShuka but then no one asked my opinion
The vegetarians were happy with their Thai veg curry with rice.
Of the Chocolate tart, the Blueberry cheesecake and the Apple crumble that we had for dessert, the warm crumble was the favorite. The tart could have done with a more intense chocolate filling.
They have a range of sangrias, cocktails and mocktails to choose from and we tried them all
They have Karaoke and Ladies nights on Wednesdays and we were entertained by voices .. some that could sing and some that thought they could … some Karaoke and some KaraNotOki but all that just added to the entertainment and the vibes and in all a great way to spend a midweek night !!!
