And that love made them send me some of their favorite mango based dishes home to me since I was unable to make the time to go to their place.

So the Kairi chilla (a savory pancake topped with raw mango), Khatta meeta samosas with a tangy Kairi onion capsicum chutney, Mango dum biryani, very interesting Shahi kairi malai koftas in a creamy white gravy and decadent Mango malpuas with rabadi made their way to my house to entertain my taste buds.
The humble Jowar rotlas, which are my favorites, were the escorts to this regal fare.
